CarGurus Pricing Valuation

Does CarGurus set price valuations on
whether a person is a individual vs being a
dealer-dealership?  
Example- if an individual is selling a car that
CarGurus valuation shows $100 above
market, would a dealership listing the exact
same car get the same valuation of $100? Or,
does CarGurus use different valuations like
Retail price base for dealerships and private
party price base for individuals?
