Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Is it safer to sell using CarGurus than meeting a potential buyer with a cashiers
check at the bank?

You still have to meet the buyer sometime. Normally you meet them for a test drive and for payment. Keep in mind almost all checks take 2 weeks to clear. Talk to your banker about what is acceptable payment.
