Selling from another state

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I need to sell a relative's car (I have power of attorney) but I'm in another state.  
Can I bring her car to my state and sell it on CarGurus without an issue?

I don't see why not unless you live in Kalifornia. In Kali you cannot sell a car that is not 50 state smog compliant. You might want to check with your states DMV office.
