2000 gmc jimmy

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2000 gmc jimmy it has the 4.3 and I am
having fuel pressure issues. Has brand new fuel
pump,new regulator, filters and new spider
injectors. Still reads 15 psi on the fuel pressure
test. Also my fuel gauge is twitching I have also
checked and re grounded the pumphone and it's
grounding point ato the farthest crossmember. I
need help solving this issue. I'm at my witts end
here.

Alright thank yall both I will check when I get home. Also could this be caused by a relay?
