Can I put a 2012 Honda Accord 6 cylinder
engine in my 1999 Honda Accord 6 cylinder

All the plumbing and electronics would have to go with the new engine. Better to find something of similar vintage to your older car.

Anything can be made to work. It's all about time and money. There are major differences in the electronics/computers between these two years (1999 - 2012), so you would be gutting out the old modules, harnesses, sensors, etc. and replacing it all with the new, so it's way more than just swapping an engine.
