94 camry cold start problem

I have a 94 camry with the 6 cyl
engine. When cold it will not
start. If i put a heater under it
over night or about an hour it
starts. I cleaned the iac valve,
even went to the salvage yard
and got another one, cleaned it
and put it on. Still same
problem. Can someone help
me out?

Get the battery tested. cold can affect a battery more than anything else on a car.

Nope its not the battery. When it does start it runs like crap til it warms up. Then it runs great.
