Meet the buyer and exchange payment for the title. I suggest doing this at your bank or maybe at the DMV office.

don't ever accept an electronic offer, the buyer will show up, find a couple of more flaws that every used vehicle has and offer you less. don't accept, reject, or counter their offer, just tell them that you'll be happy to negotiate in person and give them your phone number ... nobody finalizes a used car deal without seeing it and driving it

People Do buy cars sight unseen and certainly not driving it. We are 70 and have bought and Sold cars and see it when the Transport Company arrive with it. Great experience’s with 4 out of state purchases so far.
