I have a 97 chevy 1500 5.7 4x4 with a 4l60e tranny
what years can i swap from

Why not have your tranny rebuilt ??? You're going to do all the Bull work Pour 13 qts of tranny fluid at $ 400 per qt. 50 dollars worth of fluid wasted !!! To find out that the used tranny you installed slips If the trucks worth fixing it must be worth doing it RIGHT

The only way it can be driven is in 2nd gear and cant do over 40km/h without riving the shit out of the truck 3rd and 4th gear are gone and shes automatic so its not like i can bypass them...i have a chance for a good transmission thats why i need to know what years are the same as the 97 4l60e
