What does it mean when CPO is labeled in the
corner of the picture of the car

Certified Pre owned vehicle. It went through check point list and is certified to be in great condition

The above answer is correct, although I may add just because something is certified does not mean it is in great condition. Many dealerships will just slap "Certified" on it and sell it to you with a $2k markup.
