Did any 1973 Ford f250 ranger four wheel
drive with 360 engine come with a four
barrel carburetor and if so which ones were
they

What does it have now? Typically you could get engines with either 2 barrel or 4 barrel carbs.

I have an older source book on F-series, I believe 6th gen 360's only came with a autolite/motorcraft 2100 2-barrel carb, 390's could be had with 4-barrel carbs. Try www.ford-trucks.com to know for certain, that's probably the best Ford truck forum around.

To add to the above, that is more than enough carb for that engine, the restriction in breathing is on the exhaust side.

360 Ford engines never came with a 4 barrel carb from the factory.
