Your fuel pressure regulator is built into the fuel filter assembly which is located above the rear differential, in front of the fuel tank. So if you replace the fuel filter, you will have replaced the fuel pressure regulator as well. Yes. I found that hard to believe, so after taking it off the vehicle, I sawed it in half and there's the regulator (a spring loaded gizmo) next to the filter. Replacing it also made my gas mileage get better. I think the pressure was running a bit too high making it run rich. I hope this helps.
