97 dodge stratus cooling fan won't come on?

I guess it runs hot and the fans don't come on , it could be the fans , if you can hot wire them see if they work , the plastic blades can get razor sharp so be careful feeling around down there , if they work you test ,replace the sensor , some vehicles can take a while before the fans click on and some when the A/C/ is on
