Is it possible for a 1991 Saturn to have 550,000 miles on
it. That’s what the seller is telling me  but says it still runs
good

Anything is possible. Why would you even be interested in a vehicle that has that many miles on it?

this automobile may be in good shape if its been well looked after, ask the seller if it has the original motor, consider fitting a new motor if its beyond repair
