When working a price on a vehicle, you have to arm yourself with as much information about the car and value as you can before you start negotiating. The ability to say 'No' to the salesman is key. Most people cannot say no 3 times so the salesmen are trained to keep asking you for the sale. Another key is being willing to walk out of the dealership, even if it the perfect one.
