2 months ago I am looking for car
financing..I came to a dealer and deposited
1000 CA$ but unfortunately the dealer
waited for so long for me to decide that I
will not pursue to the car anymore coz for a
personal reason,I am asking the dealer to
get back my deposit and he told me that
he cannot give the full amount anymore
and he just gave me my 500 back..my
question, is that right or legal for that
dealer not to give back the full amount that
I deposited with them. Thanks

As far as I remember sir ,I did not sign any documents and there's no deal or contract signing that saying I will not get back my money for a period of time or if Ever i change my mind not to pursue the carloan, that's why I am very disappointed coz I also need the money back for my daily living and expenses coz I don't have a job right now..
