How do I get my car to come as just put on today?

I put my car on this site about 2 weeks ago. How can I refresh it so it comes up as I just put it on? I see some cars that's shows up every few days so when someone searches its come up 1st.

The only way I know to do this would be to delete the ad and start a new one.
