Why is the truck just up and die after 10 -15
minutes of driving

Could be a host of issues but maybe your ignition coil is going bad. Need to figure out what you loose when this happens so be ready to test for spark and fuel next time. Check your grounds from engine to frame and if the check engine light is on get codes read.
