Could be anything suspension or tire related. Alignment, balancing, ball joints, flat spots on tires, bad shocks or struts, outer tie rod or inner.

Most often it's the tires. Get em spin balanced. Tires can start shaking at a specific speed if they have a broken belt, many will shake at 45-50 MPH. Getting the balanced checked is an easy and cheap test before moving on to other causes.

How many miles on this vehicle and how old are the tires? Original suspension or any new parts?
