Question type: General

I had a very bad experience with a dealer who advertised
on your site that I bought a car from. He seriously
misrepresented the condition of vehicle knowing I was
flying in from another state to pickup car. He was very
dishonest concerning conditions of vehicle and I barely
made it home which was a 1200 mile trip

Considering Rev motors .. beware.. they tell you a car has gone thru a 128 pt inspection and you find out the so called inspection missed a screaching metal to metal nonfunctioning fan unit and an a/c unit that doesnt work.

CarGurus dependability has fallen off a cliff. What they list as major options is often quite different than what the dealer lists. Carguru is very misleading

I agree Cargurus is a haven for dealerships that are not honoring posted prices. I had the same experience but fortunately did not get suckered into the delearship. Don't go to any Cargurus dealership without written price confirmation. Also if you are a finance company using this site I assume you are dishonorable due to this association. You will not get my business either.

Cargurus website has vehicles with prices being used as a clickbait. Even the dealership website don't put the same vehicle on their website. Will not use Cargurus again what a waste of time

There should be a way to flag these fake car sales listed on the site.

I would like to flag 26 motors in NJ. They post heavy discounts so that all their cars show as "GREAT DEAL" but in the fine print it says "$4995" as additional downpayment that's not included. They should be flagged for such foul play.

there is a reason why they pass consumer protection laws. I got "pre-qualified" for Westlake and was stupid enough to let my time be wasted for four days only to be made a fool of. The only purpose of this site or the "pre-qualifications" is to generate leads and sell them. When they passed laws about pre-approvals that doesn't mean change the words to pre-qualified and keep lying to people. It's shady, un-ethical dealings like this that ruin business for good honest people, Its shameful.

I have been looking at your web site for over a year. Found a vehicle at Auto Destination in Puyallup Washington liked vehicle so made deal. Returned to cash out sale. At that time showed salesmen nail in passenger front. I would havre to return the next day to pickup vehicle. Upon returning to pick up car different sales people were there knew nothing of nail in right front. No instructions left to repair nail in tire. Allso all rims had wheel locks , the sales people never offered a key to remove wheels All was left for me to fix at my cost. Dealer did email me about purchase. At that time named wheel issues, no compensation was offered. I emailed my poor recommendation. Avoid Auto Destination
