95 vandura 4.3 idles high

Hi my 95 4.3 litre vandura idles high when starting
and driving. I will drive 20 to 30 minutes then tirn
engine off then restart and it will run fine. I dont
know is it is the tps or the idle air control. Please
help because i am stumped

Yes I would start by cleaning out both of those along with throttle body. Any CEL?

Also look at the manifold gasket. Vacuum leak...this is common for a stumbling or high idle when cold then when hot the gasket seals.

Check engine light is on when idling high once it starts running fine it goes off except in park it comes on
