Price variance

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I have been contacted and visits lots of cars from
CarGurus.com and I found that most of the
dealership charge extra $2000 in the name of ADMIN
and TRANSPORTATION fees. I don't understand why
don't they add that amount in total price and mention
it on their website so that we both can safe our time.

They get you in the door with a lower posted price. Once they have you at the dealership, they can pressure you into accepting the add-ons.
