How far under invoice can a dealer sell a truck and
still make money?

Depends on how long the vehicle has been on the dealer's lot. There is 'dealer holdback' that the mfg. provides based on inventory turn. But typically below invoice is rare. You should expect 10-12% of MSRP plus some incentives sometimes.
