1999 and 2001 Pontiac

I have a 99 Pontiac but I bought a 2001
Pontiac but now I need a starter I wanna
know can I take the starter out the 99 and
put it in the 01

More than likely you can do this. You have no model of the cars you are switching. Say for a 1999 Bonneville to a 2001 Bonneville, there the same starter. Just have to look at them to see if there the same.
