06 H3 Hummer

What is the problem if my hummer will barley go
past 45 mph? And my engine light and traction
control lights come on but idk what's wrong with it.

Is it like holding back? Do you hear any hissing? This would be the catalytic converter being plugged. If not then possible bad fuel regulator.

Yea it holds back like I press the gas farther and farther down and it barley goes past 45 it's not like it used to be but no I didn't hear any hissing noises
