IN WHAT WAY OF MANY???

It seems like it has no power (balls ) makes noise , the lights go completely black while im driving

Yes it would, the computers for the 4.8 would need to be used, or send it out and have it recalabrated for the 4.8. Loss of power would be normal as the 5.3 can really kick it and the 4.8 not so much. You may also need the BCM reflashed to bring the accessories back online i.e. your lights and any other accessories that might not be operating properly.

What is the transfer case ? Does it have anything to do with the wrong size motor?

Transfer case is the unit that changes you from 2WD to 4WD and all of the selections there, it has nothing to do with engine size.
