Rough Idle and stalling

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 09' Honda Element has a rough idle
and will stall out, and stop lights, stop
signs and such. All spark plug, coil packs,
both upstream and downstream O2
sensors, and the catalytic converter have
been changed. What next?!

fuel pressure and volume.......filter....im sure all thats be checked along with any vacuum leaks ?
