Switch fuse 66 ( fuel pump) with fuse 71 ( rear
window defogger). Starts right up.

No start 2008 Hummer: As one of your contributors wrote--- replace fuse 71 (fuel pump) with fuse 66 (rear window defogger) and it should start--assuming its not a battery issue.
