1963 Mercury Monterey will not start

I accidentally left the key on all night eight drain the
battery completely dead I charged the car back up
all it would do is turn over like it  not firing change
the points condenser plugs and wires it shows that
it's firing and it's getting gas but still will not crank
just keeps turning over and over  spit in his butter
and like it wants to crank but will not
