I have a 2004 Dodge Durango. While driving, I lost all power to the wheels, yet all electrical and engine seemed to be operating. Pulled over, and it would not move , regardless of what gear I put it in ( N, R, D, 1, 2 ) My first guess is the transmission went out, but could there be a sensor or other cause for this. I Have A 07’ Yukon SLT. And I been Having battery drainage problems lately.. it will be working Fine than one minute I while get back in it to drive and it will be Dead! Get a jump, it comes back on and be fine for weeks than one day it just dies again? Not sure what’s wrong? But what I did find out is that the owner before me had Speakers hooked up and the loose Wirer's are still running under my seats and in my truck the other end of the wiRers that ran to the speaker is just thier live wirers with nothing hooked to it? Could that possibly be why the battery is seen tobe draining and if So what could I do to fix it, or either how could I disconnect the wirers from the battery running live under my seats??? 4 Answers
