Im looking to buy a suby 98 turbo but the abs warning light
is lit, the current owner sent me a photo of his diagnosis of
the car. anyone know what might be broken in the car?

Not sure but you will spend a good bit to fix the ABS problems. If you can't get the car dirt cheap I would pass. How many miles on the car?
