Replaced my 98 honda car battery now tail lights and interior lights dont work

Replaced my 98 honda car battery now tail lights
and interior lights dont work. Had corrosion on
negative terminal pretty bad. Replaced fuses and
they blow for the tail lights.

Did you clean the corrosion off and tighten the battery connections? Make sure the accessory hot wire is not corroded, if it is you may need to replace it or at least cut out the bad part. Check for a wire short.
