I would say to look at an SUV type of vehicle. Something with the foldable trunk back seats but spacious

I've heard good things about a Ford edge. And I know someone with a Honda CR-V and they're pretty nice too. You could get then under 15000 if you get around and '11/'12 or older. I hope that helps!

Forenz, you are not from the USA are you? I am guessing from the currency you reside in India. Most of us here on this forum are in the USA and would be able to make no helpful suggestions regarding what a good vehicle would be in you part of the world. Honda, Toyota and Ford are all good brands here. Do some internet research to determine what would be best for you and family. Best of luck with it.

Minivan is the best answer. The sliding door is going to give the largest portal to enter / exit the vehicle, and the lower ride height will make stepping into it easier. CUVs are just compromises in the name of fashion.
