Your automatic transmission fluid leaked out? Fix the leak and fill it up with the proper amount of the correct ATF.

If you have a manual transmission you need to figure out why the oil leaked out and then refill it with gear oil. What is a 2x2 seal plug?

I'm not sure what it's called but I can see inside.something is gone.

I suspect your transmission has some sort of damage to the case. Take a pic and post it here.
