1999 CHRYSLER Town n Country Van

Door fob will not open , key will not open the doors.
I have read to change the 20A IOD Fuse. How do I
get to the fuse, every thing will not open.

If the key won't manually open the doors then there is problem or you have the wrong key. Did you change the key fob battery?
