text search string

The "Text search" function indicates words separated by spaces will be
queried as a phrase, e.g. the term FACTORY WARRANTY would search as
"factory warranty".  However, when I search for COLLISION SYSTEM the
resulting listings were primarily lacking the phrase COLLISION SYSTEM, but
dud contain the separated words, e.g. COLLISION in one place on the page,
and SYSTEM in a completely different location on the page.  This greatly
reduces the value of the present iteration of the TEXT SEARCH function
