Car wont stay idled

I have a 1999 audi a6 that wont stay idled. Codes p1559
throttle valve and p1602 power supply tetminal voltage too
low came up. I had the throttle valve replaced and
computer cleared. The p1602 came back and car still idles
bad. Whats next to do? I need help desperately beibg this is
my only transportation

Take a voltmeter and check the battery with the engine off and after running, check the battery terminals, and finally check the vacuum lines. The P1602 I think it shows that sometime the battery was disconnected. When you start the car, does the dash lights blink? (this shows the battery is starting to go bad).
