I have a 03 grand marquis and my fan
is hot wired in order to unhotwire I
would need a fan relay switch or not?

Ok you can purchase this item and install it inline on your radiator hose and the you will need to get a two wire sensor that is normally open and that will closed when the water temp reaches about 200 degrees, wire it in series and install a fuse...
