Ford motor transmission interchange

I want to know if a f250 with a 302 engine
(its four wheel drive) will interchange with a
2000 ford explorer with a 302 engine (its all
wheel drive)? I'm wanting to take the
transmission out of the f250 and put it in the
2000 explorer. Thanks
