Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

for example
Fair Price $39,633 Good Price $37,601 Great Price $36,438
so this is the in the price analysis for new car that i looking for
i wonder is it the final price with tax it talk about
or before tax?
like fair price for 39k, on the price analysis is that before or after tax?

Tax and other fees would be on top of the price.

sorry, english is not my first language. so is that mean the tax and other fee is not including the price?
