Which small sun's have the strongest a/c. ?

I live in texas and my 2014 Mazda 5 a/c just isn't cutting it,  
the heat.

My wife's vehicle had the same problem 2014 Nissan Rogue worked great when she first got it about a year ago then started getting warm air when she came to a stop then cold air when she started moving replaced the A.C Expansion Valve and that took care of the problem.
