Why doesn't my car show up for sale

i have no idea its doing the same thing to me

We i'l get email from Cargurus admin a day or two after we post our car for sale asking to prove that car for sale is vaild one, inorder to avoid the scams.I got email today morning and proved myself as genuine.Waiting for the response from Cargurus Admin
