It's a good price for somebody. Find out who by using KBB.com and Edmunds.com to find the value in your area.
Seems a little high (even for a Dealer, IMO)....KBB says approx $47k (Dealer price with average miles and in excellent condition).

It depends. Does it have aftermarket rims? Custom stereo or paint? Not sure if KBB or Edmunds takes that into account. If it is the exact vehicle that you are looking for it may be worth the extra money they are asking.
