why can't I delete a car from my saved inventory?

I have been attempting to unsave some of the cars that I no longer am
interested and when I click on the heart to unsave, it disappears for one
moment and reappears.  This just started happening about 1 month ago.  
Please advise.

So annoying! I agree… I have been trying to use that option for a while now, and have started using other sites primarily because they haven’t fixed this.
