Can't unsave listings. Pop confirms, I choose, comes back.

Question type: General

I see this question has been around almost 10 years.  My profile,etc., won't
allow me to "unsave" listings. I click on the heart, get a confirmation, choose
the affirmative, listing disappears for about 3 seconds. Then pops back up
again.

I've logged out, closed the browser, and even rebooted to clear the cache.  
Nothing seems to help. Did not use to do this. Have been a member for
many years.

I have the exact issue. I contacted CarGurus 4n days ago but no response?

Same - saved car also includes ANY car I ever saved and unsaved. Some sorts (on mobile app) Lowest price - no longer work - tells me I have no saved cars - last update broke both app and website.
