what does accident no damage mean

An accident was reported, likely on something like Carfax, but no damage was mentioned or can be seen. Reports like Carfax don't really make shopping easier, just more confusing.
That is why we always recommend that you have a vehicle checked over by a shop before purchasing.
I researched this a little and found out that the vehicle can be in an accident and the damage is so minor that it is fixed using only the deductible. So say the vehicle damage was 500 bucks and the deductible on the policy was 500 bucks, the insurance company didn't have to pay anything for the repairs so in their mind no damage as the result of an accident but it was reported so it shows up. Make sense?
