Usually when you purchase a vehicle and transfer the title, you own the car. So you if you don't like it once i shows up, then it will be up to you to sell it. Some dealers have a warranty period, a couple days to a week. Ask before you buy. Why not have it inspected before you buy it? Your best bet is to find a vehicle and inspect it in person.
