Renault Clio vs Asian Makes

Is the Renault Clio going to be any better or worse than asian cars (Mazda,
Toyota etc?) Is DCT going to be an issue? Really just looking for a car that can
go as long as possible before running in to SIGNIFICANT issues - and when it
does - not costing an eyeball?



Is the Hyundai i30 just as bad as Suzuki swift?

Renault is on the do not buy list of European vehicles, Hyundai and Suzuki are on the Asian do not buy list. Honda, Toyota and Mazda are decent vehicles and usually run a long time and have decent part and maintenance costs. As with any used vehicle have your favorite shop check it over first.
