approximately $129,300 mi on it going for
$11,000. Is that a good buy?

Check online price guides like KBB and NADA and this site. Used car prices are all over the place right now. Pay what you think is fair.

Nothing is a good buy these days. This is a 12 year old vehicle, so get it checked over before doing anything if you feel like proceeding.
