Question type: General

Could not find if you could filter by type of transmission, automatic or manual.  
That would be a big time saver if you are looking for a manual.

Sorry I guess I did not phrase my question correctly. I was searching for an automobile on CarGurus and could not refine my search to only include vehicles with a manual transmission. I would like to buy a second car but only if it has manual. Sorry for the confusion but thank you for your reply.

Manual transmissions aren't all that common, but I have no idea why there is no search for them here.

Thank you for your response. I do want to buy a vehicle with a manual transmission but do not want to go through the arduous task of searching every ad to find only the few that have a manual transmission. Guess i will have to use other web sites. That is unfortunate for Car Gurus.

My answer was premature. Went into Car Gurus and the option to select manual or automatic Transmission is now and option. Good for them. Just saved me a lot of time. Much appreciated.
