"Theft Reported - No Deal Rating"
My car was once stolen, but was returned with minor damage and fully-
restored. My current ad shows the above. Does this mean that CarGurus will
never give my ad a Deal Rating? I've priced it for a "Good Deal", but no that
does me no good since no one will see that rating.

Once a car is stolen or otherwise has a clouded title it is worth a lot less than other cars. Just the facts of life.
Thanks for the answer, but the title to my car clear. I have it. The car was gone for a few weeks but returned fully-in tact. I don't know how this reduces the value of my car in any way.
